I've had 1-Voip service for several years now. I thought I try and save myself 10 bucks by bundling my VOIP through my ISP. Horrible Idea. My ISP VOIP service was bottom of the barrel. I complained and complained and made suggestions and finally went back to !-VOIP. I use the annual plan. I use it working from home and making normal calls to my family and friends. The service is very reliable with excellent sound quality. They recently added shake/stir and caller validation. I get no spam calls whatsoever. None. I love it. This is the perfect service for my needs and did I mention.. NO SPAM CALLS whatsoever. The phone only rings when it's someone I want to speak with.. family friends, work, professional businesses, etc.. Sign up !! You won't regret it. I supplied my own modem. It was simple to configure and link up to the 1-Voip servers. You can't beat this service. It's excellent. I am not affiliated with them at all besides being a customer and I rarely write reviews. This is an excellent company to patronize. A+++ . This is a win-win for your phone service especially if you dislike speaking on a cell phone. Frankly, I'll stick with the wall phone and use the cell phone in the car or when I have to.

Hi, I recently had to get a residential phone system put in place for my 90 year old mother. Just moved her into an apt. close to me. She has always been used to having a landline up until the day she moved. I only have a smart phone and my mom does not use a computer or any type of technology except for her flip phone. I knew nothing about setting up VOIP, getting the phones to ring through the whole apt., etc. I read about ATA and purchased one. I worked with Kennedy and Justin to get it all working for my mother. Now her apt has the look and feel of having a full house residential line without the cost. Justin even suggested an alternative with wireless phones in case the analog lines did not work properly or had static. It was a breath of fresh air to have such great customer service from Kennedy setting up the account and then working with Justin on the technical pieces. Not dealing with the frustration of speaking to a person in another country who could not understand what I was trying to explain or be able to answer a simple question is so refreshing and such Kudos for your company. Kennedy and Justin deserve a bonus for their help and being able to ask for them when I was disconnected was a great plus too. Customer service was excellent, I actually spoke with someone who could understand me and help with all my questions. Remembering the person's name I worked with, I was able to call back AND GET THE SAME PERSON! That is such a great bonus when trying to trouble shoot tech at home. Made the complete set up and getting the phone to work SO simple. No frustration, no hassles, super easy.

Sick and tired of Century Link I switched internet service providers a year ago then started thinking about VOIP so I could totally free myself from their high cost. I was paying $51/month for basic service, no long distance, no caller ID, no voice mail - just local calling! We were getting tons of robo-calls. Ridiculous! I did some research and found 1-VOIP. They offered more features than we needed and the reviews were great. We switched and kissed Century Link goodbye! 1-VOIP handled to porting of our existing telephone number quickly and effortlessly. Our service with 1-VOIP has been great! Our existing (and old) 6 handset wireless phone system plugged in and worked like a charm. Features are plentiful and can be turned on and off as needed. Be aware that all of these VOIP providers quote prices without taxes and fees! My bill from 1-VOIP is just $13.97/month including all taxes and fees for my location. More services, much lower cost and customer service too! I am a happy camper!

It is so nice when you get what you are promised. My bill with AT&T was 40.00 for the same thing that I'm getting for 8.95 from 1-voip . Set up was smooth. Was able to get help when I needed it. Did not talk to 1 person from India. WOW ! Cant believe I put up with AT&T for so many years.

Nothing not to like. It has all the features I would want and it comes with 3 different phone numbers in different area codes throughout US/Canada. Been using it now for 7 years after a lousy experience with another company

It just works. The odd time I needed support, it was available almost immediately, and they speak English!
Prices are OK, but not the lowest. Beats Vonage by a bunch
