Way over priced and very rude to customers! Never been more unhappy with a
place when my year is up back to Dish!!!

I honestly don't understand how this company still exists. Unfortunately, in
the area I live in, the only options are Comcast, DirectTV, or basic cable. I
don't watch a whole lot of live TV so I mostly just watch OnDemand. I
definitely like to watch what I want when I want but sometimes OnDemand isn't
working for whatever reason. I also have issues with my wifi multiple times a
week. I also have a big issue with Comcast blacking out certain channels.
Speaking to anyone from Comcast is a nightmare! I am so disgusted with their
customer service. I think we need more options in our area. I know people who
have Cox and they NEVER have an issue. I think people need to collectively
decide that it's not even worth the hassle and just get rid of Comcast. Maybe
when they start losing customers, they'll wake up and reevaluate the way they
do business.

Worst service l ever seen, spent 30 minutes with the answer machine. , Then
you got a Indian answered your call. He didn't understand what you wanted,
got transfer back to the U.S, they told you to hold, after you had waiting
for another 30 minutes, you got hung up. This is not joking, but my own
experience. I made four calls to Comcast, none of my problems solved, instead
my phone service got cancelled. I called on my fifth time, they said the
phone service was cancelled by mistake, and the phone won't be back until
three days later. what the hell, you are pushing your customers away, I know
that you don't care, but I do.

We have cable TV, internet and phone with comcast. When there was a comcast outage, we cannot even use our phone to call comcast to inquire why we were having service problem. We never experienced this with AT&T. We regret switching to comcast. We are switching back to AT&T so that at least we can still have a reliable phone.

Have had service go out on me several times over two years (at times for more than a day or two). When it's working the service is reliable and fairly good quality (better than Vonage).
Comcast Digital Voice is fairly featureless for VoIP. They do not have Call Forwarding No Answer (for services like Phonetag or Google Voice), nor do they have a Simultaneous Ring feature. They only offer the most basic of features that most companies have had for years. Their control panel is stone age.
If you can get it cheap enough in a bundle and don't require many features, then it's not a bad service. Otherwise Vonage and others have a lot more to offer.
