Let's see. Equipment doesn't work. Features don't work. Sales says one thing; tech another and "customer support" just babbles. No one is in charge, no one s responsible for anything. I have changed back to my land line. Will try VOIP again after the Vonage suit is settled.

This provider has no customer service. If something is wrong, it's always the customer's fault. They do not listen. They do not respond. Please, for your own sake, do NOT sign up with them. TERRIBLE.

I'm on the phone alot, specially long distance and international calls. The service is great and you cant beat the price.

Great service for the price. Down time has been almost zero. I had to call customer support one time for voice mail issues, but was fixed within 10 minutes. . Billing has been correct from day one with no issues.

Within a week of my order I was talking on my new number.Support was fast to help me setup and I could understand them unlike others i have tried in the last year.

So far so good after the first month. Voice is better than a cell phone. had a few issue with call waiting but support was fast to fix.

After 6 month of service with VelocityTel I will not go back to a SBC or any other company. They have the best support you can ask for. They take Customer service to a new level! They walked my 70 year old mother through the setup, GREAT JOB!
I have not had 1 issue since I started. I have been telling all my friends about this.
Keep it up.

This has been a great company to have as a voip provider. I have had great service and clear calls since signing up in Feb.06. this service has saved me over $20 a month. every bit helps when you live on a pension.
