Constant failures, unresponsive and now refusing to port out

Authentication system fails frequently, taking SIP trunks down for customers. No support (except email asking if there's still a problem) and now they are refusing to port numbers so we can leave their shitty service.

Before Vitelity was purchased by either Onvoy or Intelliquent, who knows at
this point, they were great; very responsive and helpful. However, now it
seems whomever purchased them just left them to die on an island. LNP goes to
voicemail all the time, support tickets are answered *maybe* within 48 hours.

They claim to be understaffed, but then again, they've been saying that for
about 6 months now. It would appear this is a sinking ship. We've since moved
our services, but as long as you never need anything support-wise, Vitelity
is a decent company.

I feel bad for the account managers, as they have to take the brunt of the
frustrations with limited ability to do anything. It just feels like pulling
teeth just to get something simple done or even just get an acknowledgement
that someone sees you exist.

Their vFax is pretty nice when it's not down.
Support, Pricing is way higher than most providers, You are always last on their list of cares.

After 10 emails asking for an update I finally have decided to stop using
this company. They really just don't care. If it works it works but when it
breaks they just sorta get it fixed when they can. Too many outages!!

Their portal is great
Getting a port done or if anything goes down which it does then you just sit and they don't respond back.
