This company has next to non-existent service. If you do manage to contact them, they can be nasty. They seem to think of themselves as high lords over their little serfdom. Today, my phone has no dialtone and no one can reach me. Also, their website doesn't work. I think they went out of business. They should. Any decent person who would run their business this way would not have survived as long as they have. Makes me wonder who is actually behind this facade of a phone company.

i've only had service for two weeks and it was fine all of a sudden I have no dial tone. can't get through to tech support web site it down. and Im learning this isn't the first time.

I've only had this for less then a year, and this is the second major outage. No idea what is going on, but my phone is not working and the MPC website is down. I also sometime have major lag in my calls when it is working.

I've had My Phone Company for about 5 months now.
While I've been pleased with the customer response time & the price, I have NOT been impressed with the service itself.
Countess times the service has been completely down, or I cannot access my voicemail, or the other person hears an annoying echo, or I just can't dial out. It has been VERY frustrating at times.
Also, I would DEFINITELY not have VoIP as your only phone service. If you internet ever goes down or the power goes down, you have NO way of connecting to the outside world.

I have had this service for about a month and I requested my old phone number as my number. Well, weeks later, I still have a temporary number and I can never even find the customer service number to call them. I think they do a good job of hiding it. It takes several days to get a response to an e-mail and the message usually says that they have upgraded my software and I now just have to reboot the router and it will be fixed. Well, nothing improves. I still have a temporary number, and I can't find anyone to talk to. The phone works reasonably well, but the downside is that customer service in next to nonexistant. I'm not sure if I'll ever get my old phone number to ring here. If the price wasn't good, I'd have already dumped this company. I'm waiting to see if things improve, but I may go back to SWB just to get out of this wait-and-see game.

I was in touch with them. They had a major data outage. First one ever to my knowledge. Website and service was knocked down, but they are aware of it and scrambling to get it back up. they hope to have it up in an hour. They had some reps on other message boards posting updates. Many VoIP providers have sporadic outages, this one is bad, but it seems to be the first I am aware of.

The phone worked yesterday, 10-21. We were out all day today and when we got home the phone isn't working - our ATA can't contact the service. The MPC website is down. I sure hope this company hasn't folded, I don't want to lose my phone number.
Overall, we've had the service for over a year and haven't been impressed. It's been ok but nothing special. We plan to switch when we get a chance.

Does anyone know what is going on with this company? I cannot obtain a dial tone, nor can I receive incoming calls. Their website is currently not accessible, and I have not had any response to my emails to customer service.

My service has been deplorable for 3 months. Customer Service and Tech Support have been virtually non existent. Unfortunatley I utilized for my business. My phone does not ring, goes directly to voice mail. MyPhoneyCompany has been incapable of resolving for more than 3 months. On the rare times you do get through to a Tech absolutely nothing is done. As of today I don't even get a dial tone. They are capable of charging my account every month for this crappy service..so at least they have that together...that is about the best I can say of them. My FAX line hasn't worked in 3 months, they have probably cost me some big bucks in lost sales since clients cannot get through to me.
As previous recent reviewers have stated it would appear they have gone belly up and left users holding the bag.
